Procedures to Follow to See a Doctor at NTUCC
Step 1: Different Ways to Visit a Doctor
- Simply walk in.
- Schedule an appointment on the Internet using our online services as below

- Ask your doctor to arrange an appointment at NTUCC.
- Present a referral letter from another Hospital or Doctors.
Step 2: Go to the clinic
(For better understanding and own convenience, we recommend you can come with a friend who speak fluent Chinese and your language for good communication and a smooth process during the clinic visit)
Step 3: Get examined and diagnosed by a doctor
Step 4: Return to the Counter Area and pay the bill
Step 5: Further tests and examinations
In case more tests and examinations are required, the patient should report to the appropriate department shown on the testing sheet.
Step 6: Pick up your prescribed medicines
For patients visiting the clinic, go to the pharmacy.
